Our Mission

80% of employees worldwide are not engaged in their work. For Poland, the figure reaches 88%, which means that in a team of 10 people, only one person is engaged in what they do every day. Every training course we design has a long-term focus on building engagement in teams and supporting managers in developing competencies that address the organisation’s current needs.

Manager Academy

Our knowledge and experience are invested in developing those management competencies that enable long-term engagement to be built in the workplace. Our training programmes are based on the strengths of managers to give them the tools they need to maximise the potential of whole teams and individual employees right after they leave the training room. Whether at a team or individual level, we believe that investing in what works and is a natural resource, we benefit unmatched by any other management model known to date. We use Gallup’s methods and knowledge, which can be quickly and effectively adapted in an organisation. We rely on the most up-to-date research findings, which bring one conclusion: 70% of the variance in team engagement is determined solely by the manager. When a manager uses their influence on integrating the strengths-based approach into the culture of the organisation, the work cannot be overestimated.

Team Strengths

Here at Saythx, we believe in teamwork. Likewise, we believe that in any organisation and in any team, work can be organised to enable each employee to do what they are naturally best at each day. Keeping tasks consistent with natural aptitude is key to motivation. Team Strengths is a developmental process that recognises the uniqueness of each team member, builds an environment of understanding and recognition of diversity by establishing a positive language to name the unique needs and motivations within the team. Productivity of teams that focus on strengths each day is 12.5% higher.

Strengths Coaching

Strengths Coaching empowers individuals to work with their talents and seeks to better understand each person’s unique sequence of 34 talents, or natural ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and the dynamics between them. Knowing our own natural predispositions and the needs and motivations that arise from them, we can increase personal effectiveness and develop our natural potential. Strengths Coaching is also a space to define possible weaknesses and develop strategies to manage them.

Working with Saythx is a pleasure. Especially the area of building a culture of development based on talents and strengths is something I can recommend.

Iga Markowska, Samsung

Ewelina has an amazing way of helping to discover and explore people’s talents. Collaboration with Ewelina has enabled me to not only know what my talents are, but also their dark sides.

Mariusz Ustyjańczuk, Deloitte

Ewelina carried out individual sessions discussing Gallup talent reports as well as group sessions for the L&D team. Thanks to Ewelina’s work, we better recognised our talents and strengths and the value we bring to the team. We got to know each other better through the prism of our talents, leading to even better cooperation and effectiveness of our performance as a team.
